Week 6 Dialogue
Change in a business has to be fostered in order to have a great acceptance in the program in a system that is best for all those engaged. In this week's media all of us learned of several different ways in which this process could be facilitated. The best choice had to have a definite goal at heart that will allow the program to be transferred forward. This goal/objective should be set up for anyone involved in the alter, employees, stakeholders and effected community. The best choice must be happy to accept faults and allow help in different areas of experience. Also, the best choice has to stay connected to these they are working with to see that they are taking the change and what areas may need to become improved to experience a smoother move.
Challenges that could be expected are resistance from people who are utilized to having things work a particular way. This needs to be tackled tactfully mainly because you don't want them to feel like this is a task personally against them but instead for the better from the program. This can be done by having them actively involved in the transition method and making sure that they are totally educated on all the stages of the changeover to avoid virtually any feelings of loss of control. As well, with virtually any change there might be a lower standard of productivity while the change is being emplaced since people get used to it, this can be acknowledged by training programs that may prevent any lag of productivity.
Change can be described as natural procedure and with science getting such a live subject matter things are constantly altering. Ways in which I would create the process in my community will not only be mental and visual explanations on why the change is good but as well personal testimonies and testaments in support of the change. To hear good effects is more powerfulk then only verbal persuasion.
